Our Farm Kitchen specialises in quality gluten-free baked goods, energising health drinks and unique snacks.
My mission to develop good gluten-free products began over 15 years ago after I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Back then gluten-free products were gritty, dry and tasteless. Celiac disease was barely known among the general public and not of much interest to bakers and chefs. I experienced much difficulty communicating my specific needs and sensitivities to others.
Thankfully, being both an experienced cook and food-lover, I was able to develop new and healthy ways to produce gluten-free products and perfect them for wider audiences.
I have met many people with health needs or preferences, and all of us want food that tastes good too. That is why I started Our Farm Kitchen.
